Several times a day, pause and ask yourself, “What matters now?”.
VARIATION 1
Several times a day, pause and ask yourself, “What doesn’t matter now?” In other words, what can I let go of right now?
VARIATION 2
Relax your body, empty your mind and, in a meditative attitude, simply observe this video. Don’t think, don’t comment, just absorb the images. When the video ends, ask yourself, “What matters now?”.
