Meditation and contemplation are great things.
But no contemplation is greater than the life we have about us every day.

When our lives become spiritual adventures, informed by meditation and reflection, we can see our world more clearly; the lights of intelligence, insight, and deeper understanding shine more brightly. Yet, unless we can turn that illumination inward, no matter how clearly we see the world around us, we can remain hidden from ourselves!

Especially if we lead busy lives, the roles we play can become who we think we are. The truth of us can be so submerged under the various hats (and robes) we are obliged to wear that we may rarely see ourselves “nakedly”. If we say that the Lotus is that unique, continually unfolding reality each one of us lives, then the “heart” of that Lotus is this naked self. And this game— based on Sufi teachings—can help you discover that.
